St Andrews Links is the Home of Golf, with a history stretching back more than 600 years. The Old Course, with its origins dating to the 15th century, is recognised as the oldest and most iconic golf course in the world. Today, St Andrews Links offers eight unique courses, each with its own character and challenge.
The New Course (1895) and Jubilee Course (1897) were among the first additions to the historic Links, followed by the Eden Course (1914), Strathtyrum (1993) and the spectacular Castle Course (2008). The nine-hole Balgove and, most recently, Craigtoun, added to the Links portfolio in 2026, complete this remarkable collection.
At St Andrews Golf Camp, we regularly play the Jubilee, Eden, Strathtyrum, Castle and Craigtoun Courses, alongside some of Scotland’s finest championship venues including Kingsbarns, Dumbarnie Links, Fairmont St Andrews, Crail, Elie and Carnoustie.
Together, these courses provide an exceptional variety of links and championship golf. Each course is carefully selected for the individual camp programme, ensuring the right balance of challenge, enjoyment and development for every level of junior golfer.
From historic links steeped in tradition to modern championship layouts overlooking the Fife coastline, our juniors experience the very best of Scottish golf — playing, learning and developing in the Home of Golf.
